Kathy is a Productivity and Time Management Coach working with small business owners who want to go from feeling inundated to in control. Kathy has been through an intensive training protocol with the Productive Environment Institute and has mastered methods and systems to help small business owners create a productive environment to manage time, space, and information effectively. Before launching New Path Productivity®, Kathy spent over 25 years supporting small businesses as a Human Resources professional. She holds a bachelor's degree in Organizational Management, an MBA in Organizational Behavior, two globally recognized HR certifications, and she is a Certified Productive Environment Specialist™ trained and mentored by Barbara Hemphill. Kathy is also living proof that one CAN forget how to ride a bike.
